Road noise was a significant issue!!! Limited hot water in the mornings definitely needs addressing. Some rooms seem smaller than expected and lack modern decor!!!

We got a room with a bidet...

What an absolute letdown. The room had an ancient mattress my wife complained about. The staff was indifferent, barely cute us. I'm shocked there were no complimentary refreshments in the room. A basic kettle would have been nice. I almost wrote a glowing review, but you know. Not like i received any special treatment.

Excellent room view at front overlooking lake! Breakfast choice very good and pleny of it. Good location for harbour / town / shops / restaranunts / castle. Fridge with water (bit pricy).

No tea making facilities in room. very thin walls; disturbed by neighbours crying children. unable to get English subtitles on tv.

Incredibly comfortable room with particularly good views to the lake. Many things to like: exceptionally comfortable bed, absolutely amazing staff with maid service and clean towels everyday. Location adjacent to the Garda Lake boulevard, the magnificent lake garda so the location is excellent, and close to the marina.

Breakfast was delicious and sensational, we didn't feel like leaving!

We booked a quiet and bright room with a clean bathroom at fair prices.

a good lakeside morning

The breakfast spread was a standout, with everything from pastries to fresh honeycomb. The location right by the lake is perfect for evening strolls, and the reception staff were pretty good too recommend activities and transport options to nearby Sirmione.

Some rooms could benefit from a refresh in decor, and the parking situation might become tight during busier seasons.

the room we had included a free safe and a balcony. this hotel had a central position close to the center of desenzano over the beautiful lake.

Great view to Lake Garda, hotel is just beside the lake. Breakfast was good. Room was not so big, but it was clean and even nicer than picture of Booked.net. Nice walking to city centre beside the lake.

Railway station is not so near, you need to take taxi or car to get there.

The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic selection, including fresh fruits and honeycomb, making for a good start to each day.

The sound insulation was quite poor, allowing disturbances from neighboring rooms and hallways to affect our sleep.

Friendliness and location to the Ferries and Railway.

Great location with very helpful staff. This hotel is excellent value for money considering it is located right on the shores of Lake Garda. Beautiful piazza nearby with great cafes and restaurants.

The room was a little small.

The breakfast options are very nice, offering gluten free choices. air-conditioning struggled at times.

Loved being right on the lake. The hotel's restuarant serves good food,and was convenient to eat in. The staff were friendly and helpful.The free easy parking is a big plus if you come by car.

If you are a light sleeper,the constant traffic passing outside the lake facing rooms will bother you. You can opt for a room at the back though.

Perfect views, really enjoyed marvellous and fab setting.
